1. About the Contest

   What is the contest about?

   The Let Love Be Your Muse Contest is all about what love means to you. Send us a photo or video that you think best encompasses the meaning of love to you along with a short explanation of why you chose it. The participant with the entry that garners the most votes wins the Grand Prize.

   In addition, voters also stand to win great prizes. Simply choose an entry that you enjoy, cast your vote and provide us with a short explanation of why you voted. The participant with the best explanation as chosen by our judges wins SONY Cyber-shot T200 digital camera.

2. Participants Eligibility

   Who is eligible to participate in the contest?

   Citizens of the participating countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand) are eligible for the contest. Participants must also fulfil the eligibility requirements as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

3. Registration and Login

   Why can’t I login after I register?

   Please make sure you have entered the correct username and password. You can also click on Forget Password if you are unsure of your password.

   I have signed up/registered using a wrong email address. What should I do?

   You can re-register using the correct email address.

   Can I change my username and password?

   No. You cannot change your username and password. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, click on Forget Password and key in your registered email address. Your username and password will be sent to your registered email address.

   Why do I need to register?

   You need to register so that, in the event your entry wins, we are able to contact you with details on prize collection.

4. Entry Submission

   Can I upload a photo AND a video?

   To share your story with us, you can upload a photo OR a video only.

   Can I upload more than one photo or video?

   No. Each username/email address entitles you to one entry only. Please select the photo or video that you wish to upload carefully as it cannot be replaced once it has been submitted.

   What are the file requirements for upload?

   For photos, submissions need to be in either JPG or GIF format with a maximum file size of 1MB.

   For videos, submissions need to be in WMV, MOV, MPEG 1/2/4, 3GP or 3G2 with a maximum file size of 10 MB.

   How can I upload my photo or video?

   To upload your video or photo, click on "Upload Your Inspiration Now" and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will need to login or register before you can submit your entries. To login or register, please click here.

   Can I preview the video or photo that I have uploaded?

   Yes. Once you have uploaded your entries, you can click "Check out other Inspirations" to view your Personal Details which includes your entry.

   Why I can’t view my uploaded photo or video?

   All entries need to be approved by Microsoft and will go live between 24-48 hours after submission.

   How do I know whether my photo or video has been approved?

   Once your entry has been approved, you will be notified via email.

   What happens after my entry has been approved?

   Once your entry has been approved, you will receive a notification email from us. If you have specified a friend who is included in your story, he/she will also receive a notification email. Your entry will be embedded in the email. You can also forward the email to other friends to get them to vote for you.

   What happens if my entry is not approved?

   You will be notified via email after which you can submit a new entry using the same username. Go to "Upload Your Inspiration Now" to submit your new entry.

5. Voting

   Can I vote for more than one photo or video?

   Yes, you can vote for more than one entry. But you cannot vote more than once for the same entry.

   What happens after I vote for a photo or video?

   Once your vote has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The email will also contain the photo or video which you have voted for. Simply forward this email to your friends if you’d like to share the entry you have voted for with them.

   Can I vote for my own photo or video?

   No. You are not allowed to vote for your own entry. However, you can encourage your friends to vote for you by forwarding the approval email with the embedded video or photo of your story.

6. Winners

   How are the winners chosen?

   The Grand prize winner is the participant whose entry garners the most votes among participants across all participating countries at the end of the campaign.

   The Runner up is the participant whose entry garners the second highest number of votes among participants across all participating countries at the end of the campaign.

   A winner will also be selected from among voters across all participating countries based on his/her reason for voting for a particular entry as chosen by our judges.

   When will the winners be announced?

   The winners will be notified by 7 March 2008.

   How will the announcement be made?

   The winners list will be published on www.letlovebeyourmuse.com. In addition, all winners will be notified via email.

7. Prize

   What are the prizes for the winners?

   Grand prize: A voucher trip to Japan (worth S$4,500). Runner up prize: 3-day stay at Aleenta, Phangnga – Thailand. Voter prize: SONY Cyber-shot T200 digital camera. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for prize details.

   How can the winners collect the prizes?

   Winners will be informed by Microsoft via email with details of prize collection.

   Follow the instructions below:

   Step 1: Click here
   Step 2: Login using your Hotmail ID and password
   Step 3: In the "Choose junk e-mail filter" option, select "Low".
   Step 4: In the "Delete junk e-mail" option, select "Later".
   Step 5: Click Save before you close the window.
